Marilyn is the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the election.
A video which went viral saw her pleading with Labour Party supporters to support her, saying “I know many people are not happy, but please support me.”
In a video shared on social media, showed a moment Marilyn Okowa-Daramola was begging the Labour Party group Delta chapter to forgive them and vote for her in this coming election. In Marilyn’s words, she said, I’m begging all of you. I know many people are not happy, so I’m begging all of you, the election is on Saturday, please support me, I’m begging all of you.”
