Nigeria Catholic Nun Emerges Finalist of 2024 Opus Prize

A Catholic nun in Nigeria, Reverend Sister Francisca Ngozi Uti, has been named as a finalist for the 2024 Opus Prize, which is worth $1.2 million.
She is being recognised for her work as the founder and Executive Director of the Centre for Women Studies and Intervention (CWSI) in Abuja, Nigeria.
The Opus Prize is known as one of the world’s largest faith-based awards for social entrepreneurship.
