A newly elected member-elect to the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Ismaila Yushau Mohammed (Maihanchi) is dead.
He was said to have died after a brief illness at the age of 36.
Maihanchi was elected under the platform of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to represent Representing Jalingo, Yorro, Zing Federal Constituency of Taraba State
Maihanchi died in the early hours of Saturday after a brief illness. According to a source in the family, his remains would be laid to rest according to Islamic rites later in the day.
Born in 1986, the graduate of Taraba state university served as Special Adviser to Taraba State Governor Darius Ishaku.
