Former Delta Deputy Governor, Prof. Amos Utuama Dies at 77

Ex-Deputy Governor, Prof. Amos Agbe Utuama SAN. The Senior Advocate of Nigeria has reportedly passed on in the early hours of Saturday, November 7, 2014 in Lagos after a protracted illness. 

Utuama was born on the 5th day of June, 1947 in Delta State. He served as Attorney General  and Commissioner for Justice during Chief James Ibori’s Administration and as Deputy Governor of the state under the Administration of Dr. Emmanuel Ewetan Uduaghan from May 2007 – May 2015 under the umbrella of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP).
