Ekiti State’s Indigene Breaks 28 Years Academic Record in Obafemi Awolowo University

Miss Aarinola Olaiya, an Indigene of Usin-Ekiti in Ikole Ekiti State, breaks a 28-year jinx at the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.

Olaiya has 12 distinctions with 17 awards awaiting her on convocation day.

OAU’s authorities released her final MBChB results, and the wonderful, brilliant, cheeeful, intelligent and hot-brain lady broke the record in the presence of distinguished Professors in Surgery Department.

Highly-cerebral Professors Adejuyigbe, Lawal, Akinola, Adesunkanmi and Agbakwuru, among other eminent scholars in the department, were among distinguished academics that witnessed the excellent performance.

Olaiya not only had distinction in Surgery, but also in her sister course, Medicine.

Part Four Second MBChB Examination, Distinction in Pathology, Pharmacology and CLI.

Part five Third MBChB Examination, Distinction in Dermatology and Venerology, Mental Health, Obestrics and Gynecology.

Part Six Final MBChB Examination, Distinction in Surgery, Medicine, and Community Health.
