EFCC Quizes Ex-Aviation Minister Over N8bn Money Laundry

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), has taken into custody former Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, in connection with an ongoing investigation related to money laundering amounting to N8,069,176,864.00.

On Tuesday at about 1:00 the accused former Minister of Aviation was seen at the EFCC’s headquarters in Abuja.

It was gathered that upon Sirika’s arrival at the EFCC, office, he was taken in for  questioning by the anti graft investigators regarding alleged fraudulent contracts he authorized for a company called Engirios Nigeria Limited, which is owned by his younger sibling, Abubakar Sirika.
