Ebonyi Gov Resolves Age-long Ezza/Effium Conflict

The Governor of Ebonyi State, Mr. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru has achieved a big feat for resolving the historic implementation of a peaceful solution and ending the Ezza/Effium conflict. 

For years the conflict between these two close communities has destroyed the once thriving town of Effium, leading to bloodshed and destruction of properties.

Speaking, an indigene of the state said: “I know that not everyone will like the “two state solution” which his Excellency has engineered, but a winner take all solution is not possible in this conflict. 

“I encourage everyone to embrace the peace and return to their homes to rebuild their lives and communities. God bless Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru.”
