0 47

A widow who was determined to get revenge for the heinous assassination of her husband had enticed and forced to the murderer to  fall in love before being given over to the police.

Before she succeeded in her plan, widow transformed herself into a detective.

According to reports, the Colombian woman spent years plotting her revenge by seducing the suspect without his knowledge, and compiling evidence against him.

odditycentral.com reports that when the opportunity arose, she provided police authorities with information about suspect, which resulted in his detention.

The suspect, Rubén Daro Viloria Barrios, pretended to be a reputable businessman in the village of Ciénaga de Oro, and most people who knew him described him as a highly pious man who taught the word of God not knowing

he was actually a crime kingpin by the name of “Juancho” who traded weapons and ammunition, ordered assassination attempts against rivals and even erstwhile allies, and organised the shipment of drugs to Central America and the United States.

According to odditycentral.com, “Viloria Barrios eventually grew to trust the woman so much that he shared information about his criminal dealings, which she then turned over to the authorities.

“Police had been suspecting him since 2020, but without enough evidence to convict him, they were powerless to act. But with the information provided by Juancho’s confidant, authorities were able to build a rock-solid case against him.

“It was reported the woman set up Rubén Darío Viloria Barrios to be arrested. She told police that he would be attending a meeting with other criminals in Monteria, and the Special Operations Group of the National Police managed to capture him in what was called the Corona operation.”
