Assassins behead retired police boss in Imo

A retired Assistant Police Commissioner (ACP), identified as Chris Kpatuma has been reportedly beheaded in Ages, a community in the Oguta Local Government Area of Imo State.
Town Crier News learnt that the retired cop was killed on Tuesday and the reason for his murder is yet to be uncertain with fear enveloping the entire community
It was also gathered that the retired policeman was murdered on his farm and his severed body brought back to his house by his attackers.

A family source, who did not want his name in print, said the killing of the retired policeman popularly known as Hipis had thrown the family into sadness just as the traditional ruler of the community, Eze Blaise Ubah, confirmed police report of the murder.
The Imo State Police Command Spokesman, Mike Abattam, when contacted, said investigation into the matter had commenced.
