Okonjo-Iweala Celebrates Son’s Marriage with German Lady
The Director-General of the World Trade Organization, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, appeared to be in a happy mood following the wedding of her first son, Dr. Uzo Iweala.
The young Iweala tied the knot with his partner, Lotte Elsa, on Sunday in Heidelberg, Germany.
A video which surfaced, showedOkonjo-Iweala, showing off her dance moves at the wedding ceremony to an array of Nigerian music with her new daughter-in-law.
Aunt to the groom, Njide Udochi, shared videos from the ceremony on her Facebook page on Sunday.
She partly wrote, “As Nigerians and Ndigbo, there is no marriage unless we as a community celebrate our traditional marriage rites, Igba Nkwu Nwanyi. So, in Heidelberg, Germany, we married our wife.
